HOW TO WIN
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the game is to become the first player to obtain 3 FULL SETS of XP.
FULL SET
A full set is any combination of XP or KENA cards that total to a value of 5 or more XP.
XP cards have a value range of 1 to 4 XP, while KENA cards have a value range of -3 to -5 XP. Any combination that totals to 5 or MORE XP is a FULL SET.
SET UP
CONTENTS OF GAME
In a default deck, you should have the following:
59 ACTION CARDS
7 11Bs (IDENTITY CARDS)
11 KENA CARDS
33 XP CARDS
1 RULE BOOK
SETTING UP
- Separate the 11Bs (Identity Cards) from the deck.
- With the rest of the deck, shuffle the cards and place them in the center face down - this will be your DRAW PILE.
- Deal 5 cards at random from the top of the DRAW PILE to each player. Each player should start the game with 5 shuffled cards in their hand.
- Each player selects an Identity Card at random, with the cards facing down, so no picking your characters!
ON YOUR TURN
AT THE START OF YOUR TURN
Draw 2 new cards from the DRAW PILE.
Each player can play up to 3 actions per turn.
ACTIONS
An action can be:
- Playing an ACTION CARD into the DISCARD PILE.
- Using your SPECIAL ABILITY (which can only be used ONCE per round!)
- Placing an XP card in your XP ZONE.
- Placing a KENA card in another player’s XP ZONE.
- Moving an XP/KENA card across different sets in your XP ZONE.
ENDING YOUR TURN
You may end your turn any time after drawing two cards at the start, or when you have used up all your actions.
At the end of your turn, you cannot have more than 7 cards in your hand. Discard any excess cards into the DISCARD PILE.

ZONES
There are 4 different zones where players are permitted to place cards.
XP ZONE:
A player can place either XP or KENA cards in these zones face up in front of them.
DRAW PILE:
A player can draw action cards from the DRAW PILE.
DISCARD PILE:
Players can play any action cards into the DISCARD PILE. If applicable, they can discard cards into the same pile as well.
EFFECT ZONE:
A player can play EFFECT cards (MAN DOWN! MAN DOWN!, Take MC or Home Visit) on these zones on any player. Once the round is over, the effect is no longer in place, and has to be discarded into the DISCARD PILE.
