RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day exchange/refund window for physical products purchased from our online shop if certain criteria are met. For products purchased from other platforms or from retail stores, please refer to their respective return/exchange policies.

REFUNDS AND
EXCHANGES


You are eligible for a full refund or an exchange for a product that is defective.


Acceptable defects include:

  • Printing defects on box, cards, rulebooks or stickers
  • Physical defects on box, cards

We will request from you an image of the product, clearly showing the defect(s), along with a screenshot of the full order confirmation email. If and when we have approved your refund/exchange request, we will send you the shipping address to return the defective product. You will have to send the defective product to the address.


For refunds, once we have confirmed receipt of the defective product, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Items purchased during a sale will be refunded at the sale price. For exchanges, once we have confirmed receipt of the defective product, we will ship the exchanged product to you.


DISCLAIMERS

We will not be able to provide a refund for reasons related to “change-of-mind” – we can, however, provide you with a coupon code for future use on our products.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
